Video: 'UFC on FOX 7: Road to the Octagon' full episode

Check out the full episode of “UFC on FOX 7: Road to the Octagon,” which debuted Sunday ahead of this weekend’s network-televised event.

The hourlong special previews Saturday’s UFC on FOX 7 event, which takes place at HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif. The main card airs on FOX following prelims on FX and Facebook.

“Countdown” focuses on the night’s big three fights: lightweight champion Benson Henderson (18-2 MMA, 6-0 UFC) vs. Gilbert Melendez (21-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC), heavyweights Daniel Cormier (11-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) vs. Frank Mir (16-6 MMA, 14-6 UFC), and lightweights Josh Thomson (19-5 MMA, 2-1 UFC) vs. Nate Diaz (16-8 MMA, 11-6 UFC).
