Recently retired Kyle Kingsbury has long been an advocate of marijuana use. The former UFC light heavyweight is now being sponsored by a group whose aim is to “destigmatize responsible cannabis use,” according to a video post by Elite Daily.
“Kingsbu” appears in the video below and talks about the benefits of marijuana use for pain management while training for mixed martial arts fights. He even says there are many more like him, presumably in the fight game.
“Being retired, I can certainly come out and say there’s many more of us using cannabis as a means to heal and as a means for all the positive benefits that cannabis can offer,” Kyle said in the clip.
