Round 1: Trujillo moves forward and lands a right hand.  Bowling lands an outside leg kick.  Trujillo drives forward and takes Bowling down.  Bowling quickly gets back to his feet.  Trujillo works for another takedown but Bowling stuffs it and looks to secure a guillotine choke.  Trujillo gets to his feet and lands a right hand followed by a knee.  They exchange jabs.  Trujillo delivers a hard outside leg kick.  Trujillo lands a counter right hand.  They clinch and Trujillo delivers knees to the body and pushes Bowling away.  Bowling steps forward with a combination.  They clinch and Trujillo lands knees to the body and takes Bowling down.  He lands in side control.  Bowling gets back to full guard.  Trujillo lands right hands as Bowling gets to his feet.  Bowling is bloodied.  The round ends.  MMAWeekly scores the round 10-9 for Trujillo.

Round 2: Bowling takes the center of the cage.  He lands an outside leg kick followed by another.  Trujillo catches it and takes Bowling down.  Bowling gets back to his feet while Trujillo delivers a knee to the body.  Bowling throws another leg kick and Trujillo catches it again and takes Bowling down.  Trujillo lands a big right hand followed by another.  He delivers a knee to the body.  Bowling stands but is hurt bad.  Trujillo lands another right hand.  Referee “Big” John McCarthy steps in to stop the fight.
