Jessica Penne will be part of the “TUF 20” cast. | Dave Mandel/Sherdog.com

The UFC revealed the full cast for “The Ultimate Fighter 20” on Thursday, adding eight women to the strawweight lineup.

“TUF 20” will kick off with a two-hour premiere on Fox Sports 1 on Wednesday, Sept. 10 at 10 p.m ET. During the next iteration of the reality show, 16 women will vie for the promotion’s inaugural 115-pound belt. While eight members of the cast were previously announced in December, some of the notable new additions include former Invicta atomweight champion Jessica Penne and CWFC veteran Aisling Daly, among others.

Three of the 11 originally announced cast members – Claudia Gadelha, Juliana Lima and Paige VanZant – will not appear on “TUF 20” but did receive UFC contracts.

The 16 competitors will be divided into two teams coached by Anthony Pettis and Gilbert Melendez. Pettis is expected to defend his lightweight title against “El Nino” sometime near the end of 2014.
