BRASILIA, Brazil – Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 95 event drew an announced attendance of 8,410 for the UFC’s second show in Brazil’s capital city.
A UFC official confirmed the number to MMAjunkie. At the post-event news conference, the show was announced as a sell-out.
UFC Fight Night 95 took place at Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in the Brazilian capital of Brasilia. The card aired on FS1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.
UFC Fight Night 95 was the organization’s second event in Brasilia. The first, UFC Fight Night 51, took place in 2014. With an Andrei Arlovski vs. Antonio Silva headliner, the show drew an announced attendance of 8,822.
The UFC’s other Brazil event this year, UFC 198, took place in May. With a Fabricio Werdum vs. Stipe Miocic title headliner, the stadium show drew 45,207 attendees at Arena da Baixada in Curitiba.
