Round 1: Sadollah Johnson start out fierce.  Sadollah throws a wild head kick that misses and both fighters fall to the ground.  They get back up and Johnson eats a shot to the groin.  After a very brief pause, the two continue trading strikes until Johnson brings Sadollah down.  Working from guard, Johnson does his best to pass, but Sadollah won’t let him by easily.  Johnson allows Sadollah back up and Sadollah eventually lands a clean left hand that rocks Johnson.  Clinching against the fence, Sadollah works some knees, but Johnson executes a nice hip toss, bringing his opponent to the ground.  Sadollah transitions to top position and the round comes to an end with him throwing strikes from there.  Close round, but Johnson takes it 10-9.

 
Round 2: The round starts intense with both fighters throwing numerous strikes.  Sadollah uses a Thai clinch and lands a couple knees against the fence which leads to a flurry of punches.  Johnson recovers, but Sadollah eventually gets the fight to the ground.  With Johnson on his back, Sadollah rains punches, working hard to get the TKO.  Johnson scrambles to avoid, but eats some knees to the ribs.  After briefly getting back to the feet, the fight returns to the ground where Sadollah mounts his opponent.  From there, he brings a massive amount of elbows the fight is stopped!
 
Official call: Amir Sadollah defeats DaMarques Johnson via submission due to elbow strikes at 3:27 of round 2.
