TORONTO – Check out the photos and video highlights from today’s drama-filled official UFC 206 fighter weigh-ins.
The early weigh-ins, which preceded the day’s ceremonial affair, took place at the UFC host hotel in Toronto, where three fighters missed weight.
Among those weighing in were headliners Max Holloway (16-3 MMA, 12-3 UFC) and Anthony Pettis (19-5 MMA, 6-4 UFC), who were slated to fight for the interim featherweight title. Holloway weighed 145 pounds, but Pettis was 148 – three pounds over the 145-pound limit for featherweight title fights.
Officials didn’t immediately announce the fallout from Pettis’ weigh-in disaster, though Holloway is still expected to win the title if the bout goes on and if he’s victorious.
