Michael Bisping realized his dream on Saturday night, winning the UFC middleweight championship by knocking out Luke Rockhold. It was a great moment for Bisping, but it didn’t put him atop of the UFC 199 fighter salaries.
UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz defeated Urijah Faber in the night’s co-main event, but he didn’t receive the top payout either.
That distinction went to Dan Henderson, who was fighting the final bout of his current contract and defeated Hector Lombard with his patented H-Bomb.

Henderson topped the disclosed fighter payroll with an $800,000 payday for his efforts, while Cruz was runner-up at $350,000. Bisping and Rockhold each netted $250,000 in the main event.
The California State Athletic Commission released the fighter salaries on Monday.
