VANCOUVER – In what might be the best performance of his career, Rory MacDonald made a strong case for his future title hopes.
With a dominant wire-to-wire win over Tyron Woodley (13-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC), MacDonald (17-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) kept himself in the discussion for who should be Johny Hendricks’ first defense as the UFC’s welterweight champion.
MacDonald sprinted to the center of the octagon and never looked back, keeping Woodley backing up throughout the UFC 174 co-main event.
Check out the highlights above from the fight, which aired on pay-per-view from Rogers Arena in Vancouver.
