The official 'UFC 189: Aldo vs. McGregor' promo will give you goosebumps

If the official UFC 189 trailer doesn’t get you excited for this summer’s Jose Aldo vs. Conor McGregor UFC title fight, it’s likely nothing will.

The one-minute event preview debuted this past weekend at UFC 187, and it quickly had the MMA world buzzing.

The trailer spotlights the heavily promoted pay-per-view title fight between featherweight champion Aldo (25-1 MMA, 7-0 UFC) and outspoken challenger McGregor (17-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC), who meet July 11 at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Aldo, who’s ranked No. 1 in the USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie MMA featherweight rankings (and No. 2 pound-for-pound), recently concluded an international media tour with No. 6-ranked McGregor ahead of UFC 189.

It’s expected to be one of the UFC’s biggest events – and arguably the highest-profile fight among lighter-weight competitors in MMA history.
