The countdown to the historic UFC 157 event begins tonight on Fuel TV.
Women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and challenger Liz Carmouche prepare for their history making bout. The Rousey vs. Carmouche title fight is the first ever female fight inside the famed UFC Octagon.
The undefeated Rousey (6-0) exploded on the mixed martial arts scene in 2011 and become one of the sports’ biggest stars in 2012. She will try to defend her title for the first time against Carmouche.
Carmouche (8-2) is a Strikeforce and Invicta FC veteran. The U.S. Marine plans to derail the Rousey hype train and win the first UFC female fight.
Light heavyweight contenders Lyoto Machida and Dan Henderson get ready to do battle in the UFC 157 co-main event. The winner could be in line for a title fight.
The Countdown to UFC 157 premieres tonight (Tuesday) at 11 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. PT on FUEL TV. Check your local listings. UFC 157 takes place on Saturday, Feb. 23, at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.
