So, Ronda Rousey was a pretty popular Halloween costume

While this weekend’s Halloween festivities brought out the usual ghosts and ghouls, a small army of Ronda Rouseys also hit the streets for trick-or-treating.

The UFC put together some of the highlights above (via Twitter).

Rousey, the UFC’s reigning bantamweight champion, has had a breakout year, and with a UFC 190 victory over Bethe Correia, the mainstream attention reached new heights. Even before the mini-Rouseys began building up their candy reserves, “Rowdy” discussed Halloween.

“It’s a little crazy,” she told RollingStone.com. “When it’s on the Internet, it doesn’t seem like a real thing, but if I run into a little girl in person that’s dressed like me, that’s going to trip me out. … The little girls in the Halloween costumes are all kinds of adorable, and they make them look way better than me. I should take tips from them.”

Check out the costumes above (and the Halloween-themed UFC 193 promo below). Also, check out how some MMA’s top names dressed up for the holiday.

Up next for Rousey (12-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) is a UFC 193 pay-per-view headliner against Holly Holm (9-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC), which takes place Nov. 14 at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne. The dominant champ, who’s ranked 1 in the NOS Energy Drink MMA women’s bantamweight rankings, looks for her seventh consecutive title defense.
