A bantamweight matchup between Roland Delorme (9-2 MMA, 3-1 UFC) and “The Ultimate Fighter 18? finalist Davey Grant (8-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) is the latest addition to March’s UFC Fight 37 event.
UFC officials on Monday announced the new booking.
Featuring a light heavyweight contest between Alexander Gustafsson and Jimi Manuwa, UFC Fight Night 37 takes place March 8 at London’s O2 Arena. The event streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
Delorme returns to action after suffering a disappointing split-decision loss to Alex Caceres at September’s UFC 165. The defeat snapped what was an official three-fight winning streak, although it included a loss to Francisco Rivera that was later overturned to a no contest when Rivera failed a post-fight drug test.
Meanwhile, Grant made it to the final of “TUF 18? as a member of coach Ronda Rousey’s team by defeating Louis Fisette in the quarterfinals and then earning a bye in the semifinal round when Anthony Gutierrez failed to make weight for the contest. However, Grant lost in the finals to show winner Chris Holdsworth and still seeks his first official UFC win.
