A slight reshuffle to the card sees the fight between Roger Gracie and Michael Pasternak promoted to co-main event status. The promotion announced today that the winner of this bout would earn the right to call themselves the ONE Championship light heavyweight champion.

In accordance with ONE Championship’s new regulations, which have eradicated last-minute weight cutting by dehydration, both men will need to prove that their walking weight is 225 pounds or less, the upper limit for the light heavyweight division.
Gracie (7-2) is a ten-time BJJ world champion and a UFC and Strikeforce veteran. Despite his outstanding grappling credentials, he showcased some impressive striking to stop James McSweeney with a third-round TKO on his ONE Championship debut.
Pasternak (11-0) is also coming off a successful ONE Championship debut, although he suffered a serious knee injury during his decision win over Rafael Silva and has been out of action for over a year.
Vitaly Bigdash suffered an unspecified injury in training and his middleweight title bout with fellow Russian Aleksei Butorin has been postponed.
