The event will be headlined by a pivotal 185-pound attraction between former collegiate wrestling standouts, as Mark Munoz faces Chris Weidman. UFC on Fuel TV 4 takes place at HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., and is also expected to feature a welterweight bout between Aaron Simpson and Jon Fitch. Natal broke news of his bout Wednesday via Twitter.
Natal, 29, will enter the cage on a two-fight winning streak. After posting a record of 1-1-1 in 2010, “Sapo” fought just once in 2011, outpointing Paul Bradley at UFC 133 last August. Natal kicked off 2012 with a unanimous decision victory over Michael Kuiper at UFC 143 on Feb. 4.
Craig, 26, has yet to taste defeat as a professional. The former Legacy Fighting Championship middleweight titleholder made his UFC debut on short notice as an injury replacement for Jared Hamman at UFC on FX 2. The Texan traveled behind enemy lines to snatch a unanimous decision from Aussie Kyle Noke at the March 3 event, earning scores of 29-28 across the board to extend his career winning streak to seven bouts.
