Pacific Xtreme Combat to Stream PXC 34 Live from Philippines on Sherdog.com

On Nov. 17, Pacific Xtreme Combat will make PXC 34 available worldwide through a free stream on Sherdog.com.

Previously only available via Philippine television partner TV5, the Guam- and Philippines-based promotion will now stream an event to a global audience for the first time.

“After 33 shows, PXC is finally streaming live so that the world can see the best MMA action in the Asia-Pacific region,” PXC promoter E.J. Calvo stated in a release. “The ability to have our shows easily available to anyone in the world through this partnership with Sherdog is a great leap forward for the company and just a hint of even bigger developments in the near future.”

PXC 34 takes place at Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines, and is headlined by a flyweight championship bout between reigning titlist Ale Cali and Erwin Tagle. Additionally, PXC lightweight titlist Harris Sarmiento will square off with unbeaten Mark Striegl in the evening’s featherweight co-headliner, while Shooto veteran Guy Delumeau (Pictured) locks horns with Hawaiian talent Dustin Kimura in another 145-pound affair.

Founded in the U.S. territory of Guam in 2004, PXC expanded into the Philippines last year. The promotion has already held five events in 2012, most recently hosting PXC 33 on Sept. 1 at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City, Philippines.
