Nate Diaz says champ Rafael dos Anjos and Donald Cerrone 'got punked'

Remember that three-way exchange? The one with Rafael dos Anjos, Donald Cerrone and Conor McGregor? Nate Diaz saw it.

And he didn’t like what he saw.

It all happened this past Friday at the UFC’s “GO BIG” press conference, which brought together all the top fighters from the organization’s upcoming schedule of events.

Lightweight champ dos Anjos (24-7 MMA, 13-5 UFC) and top contender Cerrone (28-6 MMA, 15-3 UFC), who headline the network-televised UFC on FOX 17 on Dec. 19, were there. But as you can see in the above video, they were both a bit upstaged by McGregor.

On Sunday Diaz – in a very Diaz-like way – said he didn’t like what he saw (via Twitter) and said the lightweights “got punked”:

Like interim featherweight champ McGregor (18-2 MMA, 6-0 UFC), who meets reigning titleholder Jose Aldo (25-1 MMA, 7-0 UFC) in a title-unification bout on Dec. 12 at UFC 194, Diaz should have other things to worry about. In his first fight since December 2014, Diaz (17-10 MMA, 12-8 UFC) meets Michael Johnson (16-9 MMA, 8-5 UFC) at UFC on FOX 17.

Check out the full exchange above.
