Kyle Kingsbury vs. Fabio Maldonado Added to TUF 13 Finale Show

A light heavyweight bout between Fabio Maldonado and Kyle Kingsbury is the latest addition to “The Ultimate Fighter Season 13 Finale.”

The UFC announced the bout on Tuesday.

Maldonado (18-3) makes his second appearance in the Octagon after a successful debut, stopping James McSweeney by TKO at UFC 120.

Overall, Maldonado is riding an 11-fight win streak as he heads towards a June return to action.

Opposing Maldonado at the TUF 13 Finale will be former “Ultimate Fighter” competitor Kyle Kingsbury (10-2), who is looking to build on a three-fight win streak of his own in June.

Kingsbury has hit the press lately after appearing on HBO Real Sports as a client of former Balco leader Victor Conte. He has been working with Conte for his strength and conditioning program for the past several months.

The bout between Maldonado and Kingsbury will be an undercard bout to the TUF 13 Finale, which will take place in Las Vegas on June 4.
