This month’s UFC Fight Night 101 lineup has a late addition.
Light heavyweight Khalil Rountree (4-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) will fight promotional newcomer and local product Tyson Pedro (4-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) at the Australian event.
UFC officials announced the bout via heraldsun.com.au.
UFC Fight Night 101 takes place Nov. 26 (Nov. 27 in Australia) at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The event airs on FS1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass, though the bout order hasn’t been finalized.
Rountree, a runner-up on “The Ultimate Fighter 23,” suffered a lopsided loss to Andrew Sanchez in the show’s tournament final and his official UFC debut. Prior to the setback, the 26-year-old went 4-0 with two stoppages while fighting exclusively for RFA upon his 2014 pro debut.
Pedro, a 25-year-old Australian, stumped for a slot on the UFC card after a submission win over Steven Warby (7-1 at the time) on Oct. 15 at Australian Fighting Championship 17. Since his pro debut in 2013, he’s 4-0 with four first-round stoppages.
