Dan Henderson has been involved in mixed martial arts for a long time and when he meets with reporters there is always a lot of ground to cover.
It was no different at the UFC 157 open workouts as his fight with Lyoto Machida draws closer.
Henderson was asked about a number of topics, chief among them his thoughts on the fight with Machida and his thoughts about winner of the fight possibly getting a title shot. Being a former Olympic caliber wrestler, he also weighed in on the IOC’s recent decision to eliminate wrestling from the Games, and as someone that is on a testosterone replacement therapy regimen, he talked at length about the recent uproar over TRT usage by fighters.
