Cage Warriors 59's championship doubleheader streams Saturday on MMAjunkie.com

The event takes place at Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, Wales. The main card streams in North American on MMAjunkie.com (and worldwide on cagewarriors.tv) at 4 p.m. ET (1 p.m. PT) following prelims on Facebook at 2 p.m. ET.

In the headliner, featherweight champion Jim Alers (10-1), an American who’s won five consecutive Cage Warriors bouts, takes on Sweden’s Martin Svensson (12-3), who makes his promotional debut with seven victories in his past eight fights.

The co-headliner features the final on a four-man single-night bantamweight tournament, and the winner gets the organization’s vacant belt. Opening-round matchups, which stream on Facebook, include England’s James Pennington (7-1) vs. Wales’ Kris Edwards (8-5) and Sweden’s David Haggstrom (7-1-1) vs. Wales’ Brett Johns (7-0).
