The main card will feature two tournament finals of the season 8 where in the lightweight Saad Awad (14-4 MMA, 2-1 BFC) faces David Rickels (13-1 MMA, 7-1 BFC) and light heavyweight Emanuel Newton (20-7-1 MMA, 3-1 BFC) fights Mikhail Zayats (21-6 MMA, 2-0 BFC).

Bellator 94 takes place at Sun Dome at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
