MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant sits down with UFC Heavyweight Champ Junior Dos Santos and hears what he has to say about his recovery from knee surgery. After JDS took the belt from Cain Velasquez in November at the first UFC on FOX show, it was revelaed that he had a meniscus injury that rendered him unable to walk only days before the fight. JDS talks about the injury, how he felt during the fight and what life has been like after winning the title. In addition, he lets us know what he thinks about defending that title against fighters like Mir, Overeem and Lesnar, how he felt watching his very good friend Big Nog get his arm broken and what he treated himself to this Christmas.
