Chael Sonnen put on quite the show at the UFC on Fox 2 press workouts, starting his routine by warming up with some fancy flips around the ring. Sonnen, who spoke with us earlier in the day about his fight at UFC on Fox 2 against Bisping, as well as his thoughts on Dan Henderson, also hit some pads, showed off his grappling skills, and smacked away at a speed bag to conclude his workout.
