Ed Herman and Kalib Starnes are the only good fighters on Shamrock's team. Pathetic.

what an idiot... why would he pull guard when he obviously knows starnes' 11 years of training jiu jitsu? not that it made a difference anyway (because he got up), but it shows his lack of experience.
