chiesa has hardly any athletic ability. his takedowns are pathetic and his stand up sucks! he has heart. he will never amount to anything in the ufc. period. lawrence has the fighter i.q. of a dead cat. he has physical talent--nothing overly special--but, as other has mentioned, he's dumb.

They both landed clean strikes on their feet (though the standup, overall, was probably won by Lawrence). Bas Rutten won a championship strictly from landing clean strikes off of his back. It absolutely 100% should have gone to a 3rd round, and aldokick your comments are hilariously naive.

First: To the people who think is not a draw, go watch another sport. Mike dominated the ground in the first.
Second: Lawrence has 0 clue of the term gameplan. It was painful to hear dominick's advices(spot on) and justin just going full stupid mode.

I feel it deserved a 3rd round chiesa was landing damage off his back while lawrence was just sitting there defending submission after submission trying to grind out the win and it showed he didnt deserve to win when he got pounded early in the 3rd round
