agreed rob watching it back it was a horrendous stoppage,, the REF clearly didnt do a good job, those hammer fists wasn't going to end the fight, cung wasnt even rocked... he was still fully aware.... and if you watch the franklin vs silva fight... you will see that is good refereeing and franklin actually went on to win the fight.... franklins beating being at least 5 times worse than cungs swell.. franklin was taking big shots to the face.... cungs nose was broke, looks worse that it actually was... as cung said he has a pretty flat nose anyway... so it looked worse... it was a broken nose happens all the time in fights... DISCRACEFUL STOPPAGE.... i thought so on the night, but watching it back now... its even clearer how bad the decision was.... silva shouldve been called to stop hits to the back of the head, and there was nothing he would do to cung from that position cung had the single leg too.... it wouldve went into the next round cung coudve maybe recovered and won the fight like franklin did.

that was a bad stoppage. there was 10 seconds left in the rd. no way some hammer fists would have ended that tough mfer. Even with the broken nose he would have still fought on. BS. I agree with Joe on this one.
