Interviews - http://www.MMAWeekly.com/ -- It's tough to follow up a fight with as much hype surrounding it as UFC 148's Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen rematch, but the UFC is doing it's best, pitting light heavyweight champion Jon Jones against Dan Henderson at UFC 151. Jones has been rolling through the competition, however, and that's no small task. He's defeated the likes of Shogun Rua, Rashad Evans, Rampage Jackson, Lyoto Machida and others. So what's the big deal in facing Dan Henderson at UFC 151?

I like Hendo, and I'd say he's got the tools to create a huge upset.
However...
His wrestling isn't the caliber it use to be, he was outwrestled by Shields and Shogun.
The fight with Fedor was an aging middleweight fighter vs. a fat, aging light heavyweight. Fedor was winning until that one punch, and the stoppage was premature.
Jones will have more of a reach advantage and better wrestling than anyone Hendo has fought before. He will be the second most diverse striker Hendo has faced.
Hendo has been completely gassed in recent fights that went to the fifth round.
I loves me some Hendo and anything can happen in MMA, but the oddsmakers are pretty accurate about his chances.

Let's not forget that Hendo did take out Fedor at heavyweight. Nobody thought that he had a chance in that fight either. I'm not saying he's going to win against Jones, because I'm a huge fan of Jones, but definitely don't count Hendo out. It's not a gimme, trust me.

I just wanted to add this: There's no one in the LHW division that doesn't feel like a gimmee fight for Jones ATM. They might as well just let everyone who wants a shot who is in the top 10 who hasn't already lost to him have a shot. He's already beat everyone in the top 5 not named Jon Jones. If Gustafsson wins 2 more fights he should get a shot, and maybe let the top 5 guys who already lost get one more chance, then move Jones to heavyweight. Otherwise Machida and Rashad and anyone else who can make weight are going to end up as middleweights.

The UFC is going to hype this as if Hendo stands a good chance of winning, and anything can happen in a fight, especially with Hendo's power. However, Jones has the reach, the cardio, the wrestling, and the athleticism that the oddsmakers are right, Hendo is going to lose, short of an extremely long shot.

yes they are and as much as I like hendo why would he not be as easy as all the fights jon jones has fought. i mean hendo went 5 hard rounds with rampage and jones took him out like nothing. he took out rua no problem. machita had him going in the 1st but in the second jones manhandled him and put him asleep standing...etc etc so why would hendo at 42 fighting jones be any different when all the guys jones fought he a problems fighting. i wish hendo does win so its going to be a lucky shot to the face and i think thats the only chance he has unless his greco wresting has a burst of energy and gets him down and immediately smashes his face in. if those don't happen and quick it will be over by the end of the 2nd rd....i have a feeling jones is going to put him to sleep. So yes this is a gimmie fight and a promotion money maker fight for UFC so they will hype it up like hendo has a great shot at winning. just like the media is in all ways today. misinform the people of the truth so they can make money. its all about the Benjamins people period. And they do not want jon jones to lose so they treat him like they do GSP. give them some real threats there are lots of guys that can threaten and take their belt for sure. you get my point...
