fights start on the feet! i think u have to give reem some credit that fabricio couldnt take the fight where he wanted it!! all his takedowns were stuffed!! Reem controlled the fight! fabricio didnt! thats why he lost!!! simple as

They were both doing the same thing; Avoiding the other fighter's strength while trying to make the fight stay at their's. If Fabricio should be ashamed of himself for avoiding a stand up war, Alistair has to also be ashamed for avoiding the ground the way he did. Go watch boxing and K1 if you want to see stand up fights only. By the way, fightmetric numbers say that Fabricio won the fight 29-28, based on strikes thrown and landed (way more than Alistair), takedown and sub attempts, etc. Werdum was robbed by horrible judging.

i think jds would ko overeem, a guy trouble with werdum on the feet. jds would light up overeem inside of 2 rounds 10 out of 10 times.

Thats the baddest fight of Overeem that i have ever seen...i think he can more...but werdum is a ugly motherf****. is better for him when he goes to a BJJ-Tournament...maybe he will win there.... i hate some fighters with only wrestling or bjj'ing skills....i mean thats mma.... when u have a opponent with a perfekt takedown defense like overeem...than u have alot problems ... the answer is STANDUP fighting!!!!!!

Both fighters should be ashamed! Both Verdum and Overeem looked like pussies! If anything i give fabricio props for having no choice but to stand up when alistair was wanted no part of the ground game.
