Franklin McNeil is the guy talking in this video. He also does a stint on ESPN's MMA Live with Jon Anik, occasionally. I don't really like the guy, honestly. He came over to MMA from boxing in 2008, and doesn't ever seem to provide any commentary worth listening to. Mostly, he just gives opinion pieces on different fighters, and this is lackluster, at best. I wish that they'd cut him from the announcing roster at ESPN, he really kills an otherwise good show (MMA Live).
