shogun has been my fav fighter since 2005.. i have seen all his fights.. i have seen most if not all of evens fights... and shogun is better then him in every way there is. but anyone can win on any given day.

shogun in my opinion won the 1st fight against machida and ko-ed him in the 2nd fight. lyoto destroyed evans in the title fight so. i believe if the fight stays on the feet shogun will ko evans. but if rashad can take shogun down with out getting caught be a knee. rashad evans might be able to grind out a victory. but i lean towards shogun to finish it in the 3rd or 4th round

If Shogun comes in healthy, I think he'll win. However, Rashad's abilities should give him some troubles. Rashad's best chance is if Shogun's knee is re-injured or maybe if Shogun's conditioning is not 100%, then Rashad's conservative style and excellent wrestling and conditioning could help him wear Shogun down in order to win in the later rounds.

Shogun is the real deal, but I wonder about his health and fitness. It has not always been the best (and not because he's a slacker, but because of his recurring injuries). I suspect his flashy style has a lot to do with his recurring knee injuries. However, even when he's not 100%, he still usually wins. He's a great fighter, and my favourite Light-Heavyweight of past and present.

I will be cheering for Shogun's knee and his gas tank to hold out in this one.

Rashad is the underdog .. ya ... like always .. so ill pick him , but i like them both !
