It's not actually that easy to tell for sure who is "on the juice" or not without a lot of knowledge. It is possible to be ripped without taking any banned PED's. Or maybe he's legally using TRT like Hendo.
That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people are on banned PED's. I have heard some fighters say that if you've got the money, you can find the right people who will give you the right cocktail of drugs that will enhance your performance AND mask it from being found in tests.

Only a complete idiot doesn't yet understand that every professional athlete is on the "juice". So shut up about it, it's getting boring. But we know that especially for the average american it will take a while to understand, because after all we are talking about people who can't point out their own country on a worlds map and used to believe for many years that WWF or WWE was real fighting.
