@ Bart Yes I comment a lot and what you don't seem to understand is that when I say he "sucks", I mean as an MMA fighter. Even as an amateur MMA fighter, I train hard and knows what it takes, only difference is I started MMA at 30 and I have a job aside. However, eventho I originally trained in muay thai and boxing, I spend hours training my BJJ and my wrestling and I love it.
Manhoef has amazing striking, but his ground game, his submissions and his BJJ are inexistant, its like he just trains 1 aspect of the game and expects to win. So yes as a kickboxer he is great but as an MMA fighter he sucks.

@Raf : You seem to spend all your life here commenting. Let me try one last time to get it in your head : If you love to repeat that a professional fighter "sucks' (read for dummies : a pro fighter who has accomplished getting into PRO FIGHTS), if those guys "suck", one can only imagine how much YOU SUCK :))) A million times more perhaps ? No, it has nothing to do with personal opinion. It has to do with HOW you comment. And i'm not a big fan of Melhoef btw lol. To fight where he fights deserves some respect. Sure I see some faults, as a spectator, and his standup is much better then his groundgame, definately, but at least I have the respect not to say the word "suck" or "prick" all the time. And THAT's WHAT IT''S ABOUT. But i'm sure you don't have enough braincells to understand that :)

Kennedy "sucks", he can't even take a leg kick. He reminds me of Jason Miller... cocky and annoying. The only reason Kennedy is even relevant its because of his army bs. He is the type of person that would round-up his protesting friends and package them if there was martial law.

how many times does this guy have to be completely dominated on the ground until he learns at least some basic grappling? whatever, it's kind of amusing to see him get schooled.

Gotta love the fanboys comments here. All those idiots ashamed that someone speaks the truth...
So what Bart, if I'm not a UFC champion I'm not allowed to criticise a fighter?
Manhoef is a great kickboxer, AND HE HAS BEEN FIGHTING IN MMA FOR YEARS NOW...And yet, he still doesn't know anything about wrestling or judo, or BJJ...So yes he sucks, cause after fighting in MMA competition for 16 years if you can't learn the basics of BJJ and wrestling, then you plain suck.

In general, people are getting tired of nobodies writing on mommies computer and typing words like "this guy sucks, this guy gets me a hardon" etc.. all that crap you know. Unfortunately the normal intelligent comments are fewer then the nobody comments about he or she sucks. Perhaps the nobodies have a SUCK FETISH ? :))) Let's just laugh with them and carry on. There will always be little boys commenting and offending sportsmen it is best to ignore they are not worth the breath.

Oh, and also Tim Kennedy is the most dangerous man in the world.
CaptAmerifan (anonymous) 3 years ago
So, true to form, we have a he-sucks-no-he-sucks type (intelligent) debate, and a (totally unrelated) fanboy interjection. Instead, how about this:
Tim kennedy got rocked by that leg kick, but other than that, he executed a smart game plan against a fighter that, frankly, doesn't have the chops to try and go toe to toe again anybody on the ground (not that he MEANT to go to the ground with Kennedy). He would have been in trouble with a lot of people, on his back, no matter how long we all wait for him to realize we're all well past the point where a one dimensional fighter, no matter the dimension, can dominate at the upper echelons of the game which, like it or not, the UFC represents right now.

It doesn't matter if someone has fought before you can still say Anderson is the best, and that guy sucks. You don't have to be a fighter to say it. Retards. @TinyMe there is a reason this is MMA not kickboxing he chose to fight in this not, K1. So there is no reason for the other guy to fight him in K1. MMA not Kickboxing. I agree with Raff.

@ Raff : so just another textmonkey eh ? Well before you call professional fighters "pricks" and say somebody "sucks", it would be best to at least do something yourself. If he sucks that muc, my suggestion : fight him and experience :)
