This is not karate, this is not taekwondo. It's a mix between kung fu and kickboxing : it's Full Contact (or "american boxing"). I'm practicing this sport since I was 16. You can check "Full contact" videos on internet.

Being a Karate practioner, that looked more like a jump spine side kick. in my view then a back kick. A back kick looks diffend from just foot angel or called donkey kick. Amazing to see how sport karate worked in a mma event. not all karate guys out there are a bunch of wusses. Mc. Dojos make karate look weak and its a shame.

It's just a spinning back kick, not taekwondo. It would clearly be taekwondo if he purposely fell on the ground afterwards.
