btw, Aoki was the guy who suggested this format during the pre-fight press conference a few weeks ago.

Stupid matchup, stupid rules. IMHO very bad decide for Aoki. In the first round, did some nice position, and a lot of funny, movement (OK, not as a real fighter) The second...horrible, need to wait, see the opportunity not rush, and hurry. I hope Aoki will back !

These rules favor a striker. Nagashima could use his tools in both rounds Ayoki has to wait til the second. The rules are dumb because it forces Ayoki to stall(the intelligent thing to do). Awesome KO but both rounds should be MMA.

All of you are clowns. Dynamite is a Kickboxing + MMA event.
The first round being kickboxing rules was for nagashima
The second round being mma rules was for aoki
It's about fighters being out of their general element.

wanderlei, i agree with u... aoki really should train more his stand-up game, and that shoot on the start of the 2nd round was way too slow ... he should have fainted it with a punch or something...
