And to the people talking shit about him, by all means speak your mind, but try and speak your mind to Roy Nelsons face =) , Roy has fought some of the best HW's in UFC and has gone the distance and has done damage. Hes dangerous. If he keeps losing weight, and gets down to 185/205 he will be a force. I mean look at him now, overweight and fighting HW who are naturally much larger and more muscular and he gives them a run for their money. Haters gonna hate though.
