the ref did the right thing if he would have hit the guy he could have lost his job. and the fighter was way out of it poor sap didn't know what hit him. lol

oh, I guess I should have read the comments and/or did some research on this guy, the ref. Then again, comments from random people on a post are seldom reliable, anyway.

The ref is far from inexperienced. He is a UFC ref and former MMA fighter. He knew that the guy was out of it and acted accordingly.
