Yup, no elbows to head on the ground in SF. I never see these kind of wins as great wins for the ones who barely escape the fight with their lives, just as bad mistakes for the losers who don't stay vigilant in their bjj defense as they're winning the fight (e.g. Sonnen, or half of Big Nog's opponents in Pride).

I didn't think Strikeforce allowed for elbows to the head of a grounded opponent. Elbows would have definitely helped her though, as he punches just didn't have enough power to do much damage. Great fight.

just too bad.Not enough elbow when she was on the full-mount.Too bad for her cuz she fought an almost perfect game-plan(Carmouche that is)
