Horrible decision. I only wish those judges could be publicly whipped and beaten for robbing Rick Hawn of a 100 k. How these scum of the earth evil dogs can get away with this without anyone doing anything to them is illegal. I think the federal government should get involved and investigate these judges to see if they are somehow involved in criminal activity to profit from the bad decisions they render. If found guilty, then the judge could impose the sentence of a public whipping and public beating for the terrible criminal behavior they have shown.
