What was shamrock thinking?! Obviously he didn't have the hand speed to keep up with Diaz or the hands to stand with cung le either? Why doesn't he take them down and pound on them? That's his strength! Take them down, pound them and go for submissions!!!? Same with Forrest griffin! WTF!? Someone tell me what the hell is going on...why are these grapplers trying to outbox these guys? Is it just pride? I don't get it...they are getting killed!

what? that was a bad fight. not the worst, but it sucked. Shamrock just sucks, doesn't mean that Nick guy was good, it just showed that shamrock really sucks.. did you see how NICk was waving his arms around like an idiot? he missed more than two thirds of his punches.. granted he landed the ones that counted.. shamrock sucks.
