Went to a friends house on Sunday for dinner and mentioned that there was a fight on that night. These people are casual fans to say the least. When they asked who was fighting, I listed Hardy, Lytle, Bendo, Miller. To which their response was 'Ooh Dan Hardy he's awesome I'll watch that'.

And thats the reason why he is was not cut. Casual fans don't remember records, just names.

lyle is the man put on so many great fights and picked the right time to leave the game he must have stacks of cash after all his fight night bonuses. huge hardy fan he put up a good fight but he needs to move his head alot more there were flashes of condit ko in the exchanges the way he left his chin up.

Hardy being cut after making a " fight of the night " lol you are insane. Hardy needs to get his mental game back to what it was when he first came into UFC. after the first loss ( to GSP ) he has been on a slope downwards, but soon as he rises ( he's still young ) he can make a good comeback i think.

the outlaw showed his toughness , but he has a long way to go if he wants to make it back to the title. Great fight though, and Chris Lytle is the man.

It's already Hardy's fourth loss (in a row) so I think Dana will cut him after this fight. Couldn't even beat a 35 year old.

So does this mean Hardy's out of the UFC?
