You obviously don't know Fedor if you think he only has a punchers chance, dareem. Fedor is great at taking people down, reversing takedowns, and great at GNPs and submissions. He's a Combat Sambo champion. Fedor actually has the proven skill to fight on the ground. Overeem has K-1 and as I've said Fedor has beaten the most dominate K-1 Max champion in MMA already and Fedor beat Crocop in his prime. Fedor knows exactly what Overeem has to offer and Overeem has yet to be tested on his back.

Yea I think if Overeem moves to he ufc after decimating fedor he should face Carwin as his first opponent. Him and Dana have already been talking so it is very possible that we'll see him in the ufc this year. fingers crossed haha

And why the hell wouldn't Duffe take this fight. It's a dream fight for Duffee. Had he won he would've had the second biggest upset in 2010 behind Werdum and his price per fight sky rockets. And if he loses (which he did) who cares he lost to UBEREEM. Not some low level guy. It's a good fight in his resume regardless. Losing in 19 seconds doesn't look good but still it's a good name on the resume and more people know his name now.

Technically speaking Fedor is the better fighter and Fedor has beaten the most dominating K-1 Max champion in MMA. Fedor has also fought big and strong guys and beat them. All Fedor has to do if land a solid punch and Overeem folds from the pain and gets taken down and finished. Overeem in terms of skills and record is still behind Fedor until Fedor retires or loses to Overeem. Reem has a punchers chance against Fedor. That is all.
