Well, my bio teacher told me that mlscue increases a hormone in your body which increases your metabolism meaning that less of your calorie gets wasted into fat. So don't judge if you're losing fat by your weight but judge by your clothing sizes. Jimmysmith is right, you'd want to do less weight and high reps so that u don't add extra bulk and gain weight. So do more toning exercises, you'll; enhance mlscue, lose fat and increase metabolism. A win win situation.
