Althpugh I think what Mayhem did could be percieved as a bit out of order, I think it was just Mayhem being Mayhem. And to start off with Jake seemed to realise this and even had a smile on his face then one of his team stepped in to shove Mayhem and I think Jake being fired up from the match automatically 'helped' him. Mayhem of course didn't take too kindly to this and as he stepped forward whether it was to shout at them or start a fight himself (doubtful in my eyes) basically got jumped by the entire team! Not only was it unfair and pathetic but, for me at least it will forever over-shadow Jake's victory over one of the best fighters of all time.

i personally feel that jason miller should have went in swinging back after being pushed. im currently trying to train in mma. about to start bjj and did a year of boxing. you learn alot of discipline during these courses and none of them fighters showed any discipline. there actions were uncalled for and i think jason miller should start challenging them all one on one

Mayhem= Bad Timing.....Shields= Bad Reaction.....Diaz Brothers= Thugs (But I like their attitude)....Hendo=WTF, If you would have won like you were supposed to, none of this would have happened. Due to this, everyone who was watching that fight as their first MMA event now considers it on level with WWE and TNA. I blame Hendo!

someone told him to hype up the fight cuz Jake Shields contract runs out after this fight and Hendo is at strikeforce to stay but he is old. really irresponsible showing by strikeforce.

maziyar, you are probably right on the money, in fact, that is pretty much what Dana White said about it. I would like to see other orgs. besides the UFC develop, just so there are more events to watch and it is also good for the fighters to have the leverage of going to other organizations but I don't think that Strikeforce is going to make it, unless Showtime starts throwing money at them to survive. I hate to see Hendo in the spot he is in, I am a big fan but he is the one who showed up unprepared. Sheilds is the most boring undefeated fighter on the planet, he will go to the UFC and get his arse handed to him and then be forced to improve his standup.

mayhem did nothing wrong and everyone knows it all he did was ask for a rematch like many other fighters have done in the past. leave it to the diaz brothers to start a fight out of something tht should have been nothing. i mean even shields was smiling when he saw mayhem. he knew what he was gonna say and he had no problem with it. but besides tht i think mayhem won the fight for the most part, and tht was like 9 on 1 lmao

To be honest, looking at it from this angle, it looks like Melendez started the whole thing.

What Miller did wasn't a bad thing or even unusual. Many rival fighters step in on post fight interviews just to hype up the fights. This is just a case of how the Cesar Gracie Camp are just wanna be thugs and think they can push everyone around because they think they are better, literally. lol. I hope Mayhem gets to fight every single one of them and smash on them.
