Nice kick to the body Nate but you need to keep the forearm on your non-kicking side blocking your face. Same stupid mistake by Rich Franklin.

That was a really big win for Jake and in such a violent and devastating manner. Jake is developing good power in those hands but I would mind him to learn how to check the kicks. I would love to see a fight between Jake Ellenberger and Rory MacDonald. I think it would one hell of a scrap between two young hungry lions. As for Nate he did good but he just got caught. He still is a good fighter but maybe the move to 170 was more than he bargained for.
