I feel sorry for someone who thinks Kimbo stands a chance at ever being considered for a heavyweight title fight in any of the major organizations (if such people even exist). I respect the guy. He's good considering his past training and experience... but he's far from being a top tier fighter.

I give the guy credit for his persistence. However, he lacks the grappling skills to hang in MMA and his striking is good for an amateur and could have had real potential if he got into the game as a younger man. His guard isn't good, a mid tier counter striker will knock him out because he drops his hands after every jab/cross combo.

Gassed out after the first round, then a weak punch to the ribs and the guy drops in agony? Pffffft. If you don't smell something funny, then you're dead.

what you are all missing here, is the commentators kept saying: 'wow, amazing,,,, ive never seen anything like this' REALLY??? then you should not EVER be commentating on a boxing match again if this is the best you've seen.... fking idiots !!!
