actually i have been training and fighting mma for 11 years boy and iv'e been in it since the begining so actually im not just a fan i can hold my own, there is lots of talent out side of ufc no doubt but strikeforce isnt it and for the record brock sucks too. there is no good heavyweight division only good fighters. strikeforce is an insult to mma just like elite xc was.

Overeem has been beaten by alot of UFC fighters, what has he proven? that he can beat UFC released fighters? there is a reason why they were let go off in the first place, todd duffee? come on guys he was 1 for 1, didnt prove much except that he cant take a punch.
