The actual historical claims he makes, e.g. operation Northwood, Gulf of Tonkin, are easily verifiable as accurate. His opinions about the larger picture those historical facts paint regarding the true nature of American foreign policy, is just that, an opinion. - an opinion I happen to agree with almost 100%.

some of his generalizations might be a bit oversimplified, but I agree with his general sentiment. If you're interested, do your own research. Take a look at a university history textbook on 20th century American history, or on 20th century global conflict. The references should include at least some books published by historians from OUTSIDE of the united states, otherwise it's probably not a good balanced academic account. History is more interesting than you'd think.
