I think the general cossennus here is that by training with Jim, you feel fitter, faster, stronger and more definitely more bad ass, but what Jim teaches goes far beyond the realms of simply defending yourself.As a red blooded Paratrooper, I've always had a problem with being able to deescalate situations. Partly because I always felt like I had something to prove and partly because I don't mind getting stuck in and having a ruck.Jim has given me the self confidence to be able to talk my way out of fighting and hold my head up high in the sound knowledge that literally anyone who pushed it too far would soon regret it.I have worked alongside with Jim both in Krav and other stuff, and he has proven himself to me as someone who truly cares about his students and more importantly the results they get in training with him.I would highly recommend coming down to his training sessions or if you're brave (you'll be doing burgees with a 20kg weight jacket on), take him on in a one on one training session in his pit!!You'll be a better, person, fighter and all round human being in investing in not only him and his expertise, but in yourself.
