Diego won the 2nd and 3rd round. It was a Great Fight!!!

That was an amazing fight. Hard to watch their faces getting jacked though, hope they recover.
I agree with the judges on the scoring btw, there is no controversy here.

Diego is always fun to watch, but he got destroyed. Failed so many times taking Kampmann down. Such scoring is weird.

I just watched that fight again and I still don't agree with the judging... Kampmann won the first and third round! Why he won the first is obvious, and in the third diego might have thrown more punches, but kampmann definitely did more damage(see the left side of diegos face). Its kinda hard to see but I think that cut kampmann got above his eye in the second round was opened by a headbutt. One more thing I wanna say is that I think a stuffed takedown should count as much for the one stuffing it as a completed one does for the guy who completes it. Does anyone know how the judges are supposed to score stuffed takedowns and completed ones?

It may have been a good advert for the UFC but it certainly didn't do Diego's hopes for another title shot any good! When the only takedown you successfully complete out of god knows how many failed attempts ends in your opponent getting straight back up and you have to resort to rushing in and swinging wildly just to land a strike, it might be time to re-think your fight strategies? Plus I dunno how Sanchez's training went for the fight but he didn't exactly look in top shape?

I've always liked Sanchez but I really think he lost this fight. Sure he was more aggressive but Martin clearly did the most damage. Sanchez finally got him to the ground and he scored points on that, but what about the may times Martin avoided being taken down? doesn't a fighter get points on take-down defense?

I THINK THEY SHOD GIVE ABOUT 1/3 THE POINTS FOR A STUFFED TEAKDOWN THEN THEY GIVE 4 A COMPLETED 1 AND CLEARLY I TOTALY AGREE WITH ALL D GUYS WHO THINK THAT THE HITMAN DID WON D FIGHT. JUDGES REALY SUCK IN MMA!! ITS A BIG PROBLEM 4 D SPORT AND THE THING WITH NO KNEEING ALOUD WHEN D OTHERONE HAS D HANDS DOWN ON D GROUND AND NO KNEE, SHOD BE CHANGED, BUT F*** D NAVY AND D MARINS AND AL DAT STUPID STUFF !!! It was close, Kampmann beat sanchez in the stand up definetly, but SAnchez did keep the pressure on him and finally scored a takedown. I think it shoulda gone this way:
1st Rd: Kampmann
2nd Rd: Sanchez
3rd Rd: 9 to 9
DRAW!!!!!!!!!!!

Since when is his nickname the Dream???
